E!Online has posted their list of Fall TV’s Fresh New Faces, and two of Melrose Place’s cast has made the list! Colin Egglesfield and Stephanie Jacobsen. Check it out!
Already loving this season’s hottest new TV stars? We don’t blame you!
From those we barely had a chance to know (R.I.P. beautiful people of The Beautiful Life) to those who make us pause our DVR’s the instant they walk onscreen (have you seenColin Egglesfield?), we’ve put together your go-to guide of who’s who of the new fall season.
Comedians? Starlets? Sexy studs? You name it, we’ve got you covered.
This former soap opera star bring loads of deliciousness to Melrose 2.0 as sexy chef Auggie. Did he kill Sydney (Laura Leighton)? Will he fall for Violet’s (Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) overeager advances? Only time will tell, but with acting chops and a face like that, we’re hooked!
Stephanie Jacobsen, Melrose Place
As good-girl-med-student turned high-dollar-male-escort Lauren, Stephanie makes the original Melrose sexpots look tame. We’re not sure just how emerged Lauren is going to get in the prositute biz, but as long as Stephanie keeps rockin’ it, we’re not going anywhere.
Here’s the synopsis for Melrose Place Episode 1.07 “Windsor”.
DAPHNE ZUNIGA RETURNS AS JO REYNOLDS AND JENNA DEWAN (“STEP UP”) GUEST STARS — Ella (Katie Cassidy) and Riley (Jessica Lucas) arrive at the Anton V photo shoot and meet the photographer ? former MelrosePlace resident, Jo Reynolds (Daphne Zuniga). Jo feels that Riley’s inexperience is preventing Jo from getting her shot, so Jo pushes Riley’s buttons and insists on a topless shoot to help Riley get in touch with her emotions. Meanwhile, Jonah (Michael Rady) meets with a producer’s development exec, Kendra (guest star Jenna Dewan, “Step Up”), who invites him to have drinks later that night to discuss his film. Violet (Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) makes another play for Auggie’s (Colin Egglesfield) attention, and Lauren (Stephanie Jacobsen) finds out about David’s (Shaun Sipos) secret. Patrick Norris directed the episode written by Jonathan Caren (#106).
We get our first look at Daphne Zuniga filming on the set of Melrose Place thanks to The TV Addict!
Lost amidst the deafening Heather [Locklear] hype is another tenants much-anticipated return to MELROSE PLACE: Daphne Zuniga. Whose photag Jo Reynolds will soon find herself crossing paths with some of your favorite next gen tenants after Riley is plucked from obscurity by famous fashion designer Anton V. (guest star Kevin Alejandro) to be the face of his new denim jean campaign. More photos of which can be found after the jump.
This is awesome news! And should shut some of those negative people up for a little bit, hopefully! Thanks for the scoop EW!!
